These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Vet NGO Management System, including features such as Shelter Management, Visit Management, Attendance Tracking, Expense Management, and Chatbot Services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Vetzy.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

  • The Service is intended for use by registered NGOs, shelters, veterinary organizations, and authorized staff/volunteers.
  • You must ensure that all information provided during registration and usage is accurate and up to date.

2. User Responsibilities

When using Vetzy.in, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to NGO or shelter operations.
  • Ensure that data entered (animal records, owner details, expenses, etc.) is collected with proper consent.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account.
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass security features of the Service.

3. Data Ownership & Usage

  • All data entered into the system (animal details, owner details, attendance, expenses, chatbot queries) remains the property of the NGO/organization using the Service.
  • Vetzy.in only stores and processes data for operational and productivity purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership over your records and do not sell, rent, or share your data.

4. Software License & Restrictions

  • Vetzy.in grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the software.
  • Unauthorized use of the system may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep Vetzy.in available and operational at all times.
  • However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Vetzy.in is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, operational disruption, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
  • NGOs and users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their critical data.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
  • NGOs and users may request account deletion by contacting us at info@vetzy.in.

8. Changes to the Service & Terms

  • We may update or modify features of Vetzy.in at any time.
  • We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you agree to the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [ e.g., Morbi, Gujarat].

10. Custom terms of vetzy

  • Push Notifications – Push notification feature is supported only on Android devices. It may not function on iOS or other platforms.
  • Basic Plan Users – The basic plan includes the ability to add up to 5 users at no extra cost.
  • Additional Users – Adding more than 5 users will require an extra subscription charge as per pricing plans.
  • Visit Management Data – The system will retain only 2 days of completed visit data in the basic plan. Older records will not be accessible.
  • Pricing Variation – Pricing for extra features, additional users, and extended data retention will may very time by time.
